With over 17yrs of experience as a personal trainer/coach and then also as a nurse, I have been blessed to work with a range of individuals from athletes to elderly. I have been blessed to live out my passion of helping people and in that time, I have assisted thousands of individuals in achieving their goals of better health, improved performance & an overall greater quality of life. Little do most of those people know, they have blessed me far more than the other way around.
